This is a pre-order campaign, where deliveries will begin in week 42.
Please also note that the shipment must be picked up from a Matkahuolto location at that time, so that it does not return to our warehouse in Turku.
Three different delivery methods in the online store:
Freight €6.95 incl. VAT. No handling fee. Products will be delivered to the nearest Matkahuolto location as a Lähellä package.
Freight €8.95 incl. VAT. No handling fee. Products will be delivered as home delivery.
Freight €0 incl. VAT. No handling fee. Products will be delivered to Lippukunta. The summer break may affect the timing of product distribution.
If the delivery is incomplete or damaged during transport, please report it immediately to: solutions@mastermark.fi
Products have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the product. The returned product must be unused, resalable and in its original condition. All product labels and any seals must be attached to the product.
Return shipping costs will be charged from the return amount. The return costs are €8.95.
